About Your Sacred Temple & Coach Brandi Gueldner

Your Sacred Temple is a private health and wellness practice, specializing in nutrition and weight loss coaching.

As a health and wellness coach, my philosophy is to empower you to discover how your body works in a comfortable and honest environment, without any judgment. I love to help women discover what foods affect their bodies in different ways, how different foods make them feel, and find what will work best in helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle for their specific body type. I am not a health coach that believes that one diet or plan fits everyone, but I believe that when women are empowered with the knowledge of what type of food best fuels their body, coupled with discovering what type of exercise they enjoy, they can treat their body like a sacred temple.

I have always had a passion for health and wellness. When I was in high school, I discovered aerobics by watching Jane Fonda and Kathy Smith tapes. Throughout high school, I made some poor and unhealthy decisions while trying to lose some weight. I was introduced to weight training my freshman year of college and the extra weight that I had been trying to get rid of just came off. This helped me discover a healthy way to lose weight without starving myself or going to extremes. I would also occasionally run but it wasn’t until I went through my divorce in my late twenties that I discovered how therapeutic running could be for me. I had a personal goal of completing a marathon by the time I turned 30 and I ran my first marathon one year later at the age of 31. To date, I have completed seven full marathons and seven half marathons.

Throughout the years, my friends and family have always asked for my advice when it comes to health and fitness. When I was searching for a career change, wellness coaching seemed like a natural fit and I decided to turn my passion into my work. After personally working with a life coach myself, I joined the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed the program to become a holistic health coach. I love helping women achieve their goals while educating and building them up on a personal level!

Your Investment

The investment in your health is one of the most beneficial investments you could make! Before any investment is made, I offer a FREE consultation to see if we are the right fit for each other. After that, you can choose from the following packages:

Package 1: $350
This basic package includes four one-hour coaching sessions over six weeks. This is ideal if you already know what you are doing with fitness and nutrition but need someone to hold you accountable while fine-tuning your lifestyle habits.

Package 2: $510
This intermediate package includes six one-hour coaching sessions over three months. Maybe you know a little about nutrition and/or fitness but also know that you have some lifestyle habits that need to change. Over three months, Brandi will help guide you to an overall healthier lifestyle.

Package 3: $960
This comprehensive package includes twelve one-hour coaching sessions over four months. If you know what you should be doing but somehow still can’t make it work for your lifestyle, or if you’ve never done any kind of health coaching, this package is for you. Brandi will come alongside you for four months, providing both guidance and accountability, while helping you identify and implement strategies to live a healthier lifestyle.
